Based on the local specialty of dendrobium, the project aims to expand the dendrobium cultural and creative industry. This includes the Liuliu Park, a park inspired by the dendrobium; a dendrobium culture park focused on dendrobium cultivation, product sales, and exhibitions; a dendrobium-themed DIY experience center; a farming park themed around agricultural research; and cultural tourism projects such as an art village, a parent-child farm, a Genting Racecourse, and a rural calligraphy and painting academy, all focused on rural experiences. These dendrobium cultural and tourism projects will be complemented by wellness resorts, homestays, restaurants, conference facilities, and team-building programs.

To preserve the village's naturally etched landscape and topography, while respecting the land's natural character and adhering to planning policies, nearly all planned houses are scattered throughout the original terrain. The resulting layout seamlessly blends with the village. Local materials were used extensively during construction, allowing the houses to retain their natural character within the village.

After four years of design, construction, and development, the first phase of the Tieding Liuliu Cultural Tourism Complex has been successfully completed and officially opened on October 1, 2020. With a total investment of approximately 1 billion yuan, the first phase includes Hutoushan Coffee Villa, Dendrobium Wine Museum, the Iron Coffee Factory, and the Slow House.

Thanks to the Tieding Liuliu Cultural Tourism Complex, Xiashantou Village has become a "Beautiful Leisure Village" in China, a provincial AAAA-rated tourist village, and a Zhejiang Province Beautiful Village. It stands as a "golden sign" for the integrated reform of beautiful villages in the new era in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province.
