The PROYA headquarters building project is located in Xixi Valley, Hangzhou's internet finance hub, adjacent to the Xixi Wetland and overlooking the ten scenic views of West Lake. The project occupies a 15,451-square-meter site, encompassing 10,000 square meters of land and a total construction area of ​​70,023.6 square meters.

Comprising 14 floors above ground and two floors below ground, with 500 parking spaces, it is a large-scale, flagship-level complex integrating modern commercial elements such as a large shopping mall, a super-5A Grade-A office building, indoor and outdoor pedestrian streets, a unique cultural street, a unique beauty museum, and a unique industrial tourism destination.

The design tells the company and brand's "story," connecting the real interior space planning with the imaginary brand consciousness, creating a space that embodies the company's distinctive work style and fosters a sense of belonging among employees.

When considering the design, the themes of "Natural Dynamics" and "Prosperity" were specifically chosen to reflect the company's personalized modern office space. Drawing on the dynamic energy of water, the design utilizes symbolic expression, drawing inspiration from water and the deep sea, combined with modern decorative materials and construction techniques to create a personalized, international, and stylish space.

Water, the source of nature. Inspired by its natural form, the spatial layout is rational and flows naturally. Just a drop of water creates ripples on a calm surface. These ripples gently ripple, peacefully and tranquilly, steadily spreading – the ideal state of mind for a wise person. The design also draws on the spiritual connotations of water. While unassuming, it maintains a measured, steady, and indestructible presence.
