Drawing on the power of ancient craftsmanship, the restaurant envisions how to utilize primitive elements to enhance the spatial context with refined yet quaint techniques. Excavation, penetration, carving, polishing, and ultimately rebirth are achieved. Each carving and polishing process allows light to interact with the space, revealing the rhythm of the tides.

AmbréCiel reshapes the space through traditional craftsmanship and primitive elements.
