PROYA Group's Longwu Smart Innovation Park is located in Longwu Tea Town, Hangzhou—known as the "Ten Thousand Dan Tea Town." It is a designated West Lake Longjing Tea Protection Base by the Hangzhou Municipal Government and a key component of the Bailongtan Scenic Area in Longwu Town, Xihu District. It also serves as the permanent venue for the China Tea Expo. It is adjacent to the China Academy of Art and the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, as well as Yichuang Town, Yunqi Town, Zhijiang Cultural and Creative Park, and the Liusi Road Sculpture Creative District. Its excellent industry-university-research cooperation and unique location have infused Longwu tea with a fresh and inimitable artistic flair.

Leveraging Longwu Town's tea culture and its location as a prime cultural and educational hub, PROYA Group's Longwu Smart Innovation Park is constantly exploring new models for the cultural industry. By integrating with the development of the surrounding tea museum, it effectively integrates existing, outdated factory areas, fostering a deep understanding of regional culture, innovative culture, local integration, and new consumption models.

The architectural form and structure are transformed from traditional pitched roofs, reflecting the Kansas PROYA brand concept of "The Beauty of Depth, Rooted in the Deep Sea." Layers of waves and curved lines evoke deep-sea elements. The public plaza landscape design incorporates the concept of a natural showplace, stimulating interaction between the brand and nature.

By creating virtual functional forms, architectural forms that reflect local culture, and the rich ecological environment within and outside the park, the group's image and brand are prioritized, and by leveraging the subtle integration of surrounding industries and functional experiences, design empowers industry.
